• Safely operate equipment to maximize production

• Manage time effectively while maintaining quality

• Understand and troubleshoot all equipment operation

• Follow policies, procedures, and training programs

• Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Safety certifications: H2S Alive, First Aid, WHMIS preferred

• Railcar handling experience is advantageous
