Take on a leadership role as a Registered Nurse at Alberta Kidney Care – North, specializing in hemodialysis treatment for renal patients. Collaborate with an expert care team to enhance patient-centered nursing practices.

In this important nursing role, you will provide vital hemodialysis treatments and care, supporting the health and recovery of acute and chronic kidney patients. You will leverage your critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure safe, high-quality patient care while taking part in ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations

• Implement care plans tailored to patient needs

• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team

• Support patient and family education on health management

• Assume charge nurse duties for unit stability

Requirements:

• Accredited nursing education program completion

• Registration eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta

• Recent Med-Surgical nursing experience preferred

• Ability to attend intensive Hemodialysis training

• Lift capacity of 40 lbs mandatory
