Forest View Hospital is seeking a full-time RN Manager for days, a critical role responsible for guiding nursing staff and managing patient care. You will utilize your nursing process skills to assess and treat patients with co-occurring disorders, ensuring quality standards of care. Your leadership will be vital in emergencies and play an integral role in discharge planning and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for nursing staff on shift

• Triage admissions and coordinate patient plans

• Oversee staffing and manage crisis situations

• Develop initial nursing treatment plans

• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment

Requirements:

• Accredited nursing school graduation required

• Understanding of psychiatric nursing principles

• RN licensure in the state of Michigan

• Previous clinical psychiatric experience preferred

• CPR/HWC certification is an asset
