McLean Hospital, a leader in mental health treatment based in Belmont, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Neurotherapeutics team. As a part-time nurse, you will manage pre-treatment assessments, monitor patient recovery, and maintain safety protocols during care procedures. This role emphasizes the importance of patient-centered care and teamwork in delivering exceptional nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients receiving ECT, TMS, and Ketamine

• Conduct pre-treatment and post-anesthesia assessments

• Analyze health data and communicate patient needs

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients

• Monitor vital signs and promote safe recovery interventions

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts

• One year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred

• Basic computer skills for clinical documentation

• Complete electronic medical records training within 30 days
