Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents

• Monitor and assess residents' health conditions

• Communicate effectively with families and management

• Support best practices within the care environment

• Engage in interdisciplinary care strategies

Requirements:

• 1 year experience working with seniors required

• Proven excellence in dementia care and interpersonal skills

• Completion of accredited LPN education program required

• Registration with the provincial College of LPNs

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification current
