This structured 12-month program enables recent graduates to solidify their nursing skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services to patients and their families
• Apply critical thinking in care delivery
• Educate and support health promotion efforts
• Advocate for patient needs effectively
• Maintain alignment with organizational values and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing education program
• Active or eligible for CRNA practice permit
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider certification required
• Graduate within 12 months of program start date
• Preceptorship experience in Emergency Department is advantageous
