You will be vital in managing staff assignments and enhancing patient flow while acting as a clinical advocate. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff assignments and optimize patient flow
• Provide frontline nursing care when needed
• Act as a clinical resource and advocate for nursing staff
• Coordinate quality patient care with interprofessional teams
• Manage operational priorities in care delivery
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education program completion
• Active or eligible registration with CRNA
• Five years' experience in nursing
• Expertise in Patient and Family Centered Care (PFCC)
• Skilled in managing complex discharges
