Our ideal Client Care Team Leader will maintain the Client Care Specialist schedule in the Practice scheduling software, approving vacation and other leave requests after the Practice Manager’s initial approval. They will onboard, train, and provide ongoing coaching, cross‑training, mentoring, and development opportunities for Client Care Specialists, ensuring they meet performance expectations and build confidence. The role involves collaborating on annual performance check‑ins, setting success paths, and fostering a positive team morale while smoothly handling stressful moments.

Additionally, the candidate will build positive client relationships by greeting, checking‑in clients, screening calls, booking appointments, taking detailed messages, and providing knowledgeable non‑medical information. Administrative duties include mail handling, drafting memos, completing reports, and responding to ad‑hoc document requests.

Supportive, Collaborative Team Work alongside experienced RVTs, veterinary assistants, and client care staff who value communication, respect, and clinical excellence.
