In this pivotal role, you will manage regulatory compliance of our commercial fleet and enforce leading safety practices to protect people, property, and the environment. Engage with operational leaders to foster a proactive safety culture, ensuring that safety initiatives align with business objectives and regulations. Your expertise in health, safety, and environmental programs will be essential in achieving operational excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain National Safety Code compliance for fleet operations

• Implement and enhance HSE safety programs

• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify risks

• Provide training and guidance on safety practices

• Facilitate incident investigations and corrective actions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years managing commercial vehicle fleet safety

• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety

• Accreditation as an OH&S professional preferred

• Strong knowledge of NSC standards and safety legislation

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
