Your expertise will support the organization’s long-term maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Mikisew Group's Safety Management strategies
• Regularly conduct safety inspections and audits
• Oversee incident investigations and develop mitigation plans
• Facilitate HSE training and promote engagement
• Track and analyze HSE performance metrics
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in HSE roles in relevant industries
• Certification such as NCSO or equivalent required
• Proficiency in HSE regulations and effective communication
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Valid Alberta driver’s license and standard first aid certification
