Quality Control Coordinator at NACG

Join NACG as a Quality Control Coordinator in Fort McMurray, AB, dedicated to maintaining superior quality standards in construction. This site-based role follows a 14-on, 14-off, 12-hour shift schedule.

The Quality Control Coordinator will report to the Project Manager and is vital for ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. You'll develop QC plans, conduct inspections of civil works, and manage documentation for quality records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, alongside a minimum of three years' experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QC plans aligned with project specs

• Conduct inspections and audits of civil works and structural components

• Verify compliance with standards and contractual obligations

• Manage documentation for quality records and non-conformance reports

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and training

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance/Control experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Knowledge of earthworks testing methods

• Ability to read and interpret codes and standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
