Fall Outage Visual Inspector Position

Acuren is hiring API Visual Inspectors for its Fall Outage in Fort McMurray. Contribute to essential inspections while enjoying a 6/1 rotation and camp amenities.

This role at Acuren offers API Visual Inspectors (510/570) the chance to work from August 17, 2026, through October 2026. Candidates will ensure conformance during inspections, assessing process piping and structures from material verification to installation. You will also engage with Work Scope Packages and apply your inspection knowledge every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor work for acceptable workmanship and adherence to standards

• Conduct inspections of process and power piping

• Assess test and inspection reports for compliance

• Review and analyze Work Scope Packages

• Interpret construction drawings and specifications correctly

Requirements:

• API 510, 570 certifications mandatory

• Relevant certification experience preferred

• Boiler knowledge is an asset

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software

• Excellent attention to detail required
