As soon as possible

• Direct and control daily store operations
• Evaluate daily operations and identify improvement opportunities
• Plan and organize daily operational activities
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Conduct performance reviews for staff

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
• 2 to less than 3 years of retail management experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Organized and flexible, able to work under pressure
• Team‑player attitude
• Ability to supervise 3-4 people
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and supervising staff
