This role demands collaboration with the Store Management Team for all aspects of store setup, merchandising, and teardown. Your focus on guest services and sales can make a significant impact, requiring skills in lifting, customer interaction, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in store setup, merchandising, and seasonal teardown

• Uphold Guest Service standards set by the company

• Engage customers effectively to drive sales

• Perform housekeeping and ensure store organization

• Manage POS tasks and assist in loss prevention

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable with standing/walking for long durations

• Strong customer interaction and communication skills

• Experience in retail is a bonus
