Assistant Manager at Designer Brands

• Lead the team in exceptional customer experiences

• Model and encourage positive customer connections

• Manage recruiting, training, and development of staff

• Balance operational policies and sales targets effectively

• Foster teamwork and open communication with Store Manager

Requirements:

• Proven sales achievement in retail settings

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments

• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience

• Flexible availability including weekends and closing shifts
