Sephora seeks a dedicated Operations Consultant to collaborate with the Operations Supervisor. This full-time role emphasizes maintaining stockroom organization and conducting merchandise updates. Ideal candidates will be familiar with retail operations, offering customer service and assisting in training cashiers on POS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional client service during store hours

• Train cashiers on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone

• Process shipments timely and manage stockroom organization

• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in stockroom roles

• Strong computer and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask while prioritizing client needs

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings
