As Store Manager, you will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales and compliance. Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily store operations and operational excellence
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams
- Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting
- Ensure provincial cannabis regulatory compliance
- Three-plus years retail or customer service leadership experience
- Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills
- Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred
- Valid cannabis selling certification
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
