Service Sales Representative

Join our Fort McMurray branch as a Service Sales Representative, focusing on bid responses, customer opportunities, and design build projects in a full-time, permanent role.

This pivotal role reports directly to the General Manager, offering diverse tasks and prospects for career growth. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing blueprints, engaging with Architects and Engineers, and pursuing new business avenues. Additionally, you will negotiate project scopes and ensure client satisfaction while driving key sales metrics for the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints and specifications for estimates

• Build relationships with Architects and Engineers

• Source new business opportunities and market insights

• Follow up on leads and qualify customer requests

• Prepare detailed time and cost estimates for projects

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in commercial estimating

• Strong communication and account management skills

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
