Position: Fly-in Fly-out Security Guard Position
Join Paladin Security as a Fly-in Fly-out Security Guard in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This temporary on-site role focuses on ensuring site safety and effective response to emergencies.

As a Temporary Security Guard, you will utilize communication and decision-making skills to oversee site security and enforce safety protocols during emergencies. You will patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security while providing support and assistance when needed. Knowledge of site procedures and protocols is vital to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply decision-making skills in security and safety measures

• Conduct vehicle and bag searches at site access points

• Monitor for safety infractions and security breaches

• Patrol areas on foot or by vehicle for security assurance

• Use two-way radios for effective communication

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English reading and writing

• Unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license required

• Clear criminal record and driver's abstract

• CPR certification and Standard First Aid necessary

• Camp and mining experience advantage
