Jardeg will be recruiting Structural Ironworker Journeypersons to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team for various TURNAROUND events, taking place in Central and Northern Alberta. Determine what is the right choice for you as there are options- we have remote jobs where you stay in camp starting as early as early-mid January and jobs that are more localized to the Edmonton and Calgary area that allows you to be home every day.
Duration and shift rotations are TBA for now but typically are either a 6/1 or a 24/4.

Responsibilities:
Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals, or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes.
Demonstrate knowledge of functional operation of various piping system components by measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, and bending of pipes, valves, and fittings.
Use testing equipment effectively to check for system leaks and troubleshoot fitting errors.

Qualifications:
- Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal
- Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
- CSTS 09 or CSO
- Confined Space
- H2S Alive
- Fall Protection
- Basic Rigging
- Other Tickets may be required; to be determined by scope.
