Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support for casework teams

• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices

• Assist staff with case management and court processes

• Monitor financial expenditures and budget compliance

• Represent the agency at community engagement events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field

• 3 years of child intervention experience, 2 years in a supervisory role

• Ability to obtain delegation in Alberta

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
