As a dedicated Generalist Caseworker, you will manage cases through intake and assessment per the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act. This role requires collaboration with families to create safety plans and attend court as needed. Your involvement in community events and after-hours support may also be essential to meet immediate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide delegated case management duties including assessments
• Collaborate with families to create safety and permanency plans
• Attend court and fulfill legislative requirements
• Document data entry promptly and accurately
• Participate in team meetings and community events
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent, with 2 years' experience
• Delegated or able to be delegated in Alberta
• Experience with Indigenous communities is an asset
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Class 5 Driver's License with clear abstract required
