Full-time Fort McMurray, AB Rotating shifts, including overnights
Be the steady presence in our housing units, supporting residents day to day and holding the routines that keep people safe while they rebuild.
What you'll do Responsibilities- Provide on-site support, de-escalation and crisis response for residents
- Support daily living skills: budgeting, meal planning, appointments, tenancy
- Maintain accurate shift notes and incident documentation
- Uphold harm reduction and trauma-informed practice in every interaction
- Diploma in social work, human services, addictions or equivalent experience
- Experience in shelter, housing or residential support settings
- Current First Aid/CPR, or willingness to train
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
