Bouchier is currently hiring for the Utility Equipment Operator role within our Common Services division. You will be responsible for operating rock trucks, excavators, loaders, and graders, ensuring all work meets company safety standards. Regular equipment inspections and collaborating with your team to achieve project milestones will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various heavy equipment on-site

• Conduct maintenance and regular inspections on equipment

• Communicate maintenance needs promptly to reduce delays

• Contribute to safety measures and compliance

• Be flexible to undertake labor duties as needed
Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience operating heavy machinery

• Class 1 or 3 Driver’s License required

• Clean personal and commercial Driver’s Abstract

• CSO certificate mandatory

• Comfortable working in different weather conditions
