Bouchier seeks a responsible Class 3 Operator for its roads and grounds division. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of heavy equipment experience and must possess a valid Class 3 Driver’s License. Key tasks include operating equipment like dozers and graders while maintaining equipment standards and safety measures within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various heavy equipment responsibly

• Conduct finish grading operations meticulously

• Follow safety protocols during all operations

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance

• Actively participate in safety assessments
Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Driver’s License required

• Clean Personal & Commercial Abstract within 30 days

• Must pass a Drug and Alcohol test

• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions

• Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certification is a plus
