As a Grader Operator with NACG, you’ll be part of a dedicated team maintaining roads and loading areas in a safe mining environment. This role requires a minimum of two years of grader experience and offers the chance to work on a flexible schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off. Transportation from Fort McMurray is provided, making the commute convenient for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate articulating motor graders effectively

• Utilize GPS for precise grading tasks

• Perform safety checks prior to equipment use

• Engage in safe fueling and maintenance practices

• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of grader operation experience

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with good standing

• Mining or heavy construction background preferred

• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written

• Knowledge of haul road maintenance is advantageous
