Overview
Education:
No degree, certificate or diploma.
Load and unload goods.
Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
Oversee vehicle condition and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment.
Perform brake adjustments, and conduct pre‑trip, en‑route and post‑trip inspections, including all aspects of vehicle.
Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
Tarp cargo and ensure safety and security of shipment.
QualificationsCertificate or licence:
Air Brakes Endorsement. Class1 orA driver’s licence.
Documentation knowledge:
Driver logbook, trip reports.
Weight handling:
Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
Valid driver’s licence.

Will train.
