Assistant Hydrovac Operators - Fort McMurray, AB

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking Assistant Hydrovac Operators to join their team in Fort McMurray, Alberta. These team members will assist in operating hydrovac equipment, ensuring safe and precise excavation for a variety of construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and eager to contribute to essential infrastructure work in a collaborative environment.

• Valid Class 5 license (G license in Ontario) with airbrake endorsement
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
  
  Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Must undergo a physical examination and complete pre-employment screenings (driver’s abstract review and drug test)
• May be required to join the union as a condition of employment

• First aid, Ground Disturbance, and CSTS certifications preferred
• Other safety tickets such as Fall protection, H2S Alive, and Confined Spaces (may be required depending on location)
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience preferred
