Position: Logistics Travel Coordinator for EFC
Join EFC as a Travel Coordinator on a temporary contract through October 2026. This key role in Calgary or Edmonton involves planning and managing transportation to and from the Horizon site.

As a Travel Coordinator seconded to CNRL Horizon, you will report to the Lead of Transportation and Accommodations. You’ll assist with flight and bussing schedules while ensuring effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and passengers. Your expertise in logistics will directly impact the transportation experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor flight and bus schedules efficiently

• Assist various coordinators and stakeholders with travel arrangements

• Adjust transportation based on contractor counts and needs

• Maintain accurate files and ensure current documentation

• Foster strong relationships with clients and agencies through communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in airline or logistics operations

• Knowledge of flight reservation software required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Valid class 5 driver’s license with clean record
