CAT-VAC Operator Seasonal Position

Join our dynamic team as a CAT-VAC Operator for seasonal work focused on safe and efficient equipment operation. Ideal candidates are TDG knowledgeable and possess wiggle wagon operating experience.

This on-site CAT-VAC Operator role requires a minimum Class 5 license and involves operating CAT Vac equipment under varying weather conditions. Preference is given to those with industrial experience, particularly in wiggle wagons. Candidates must also be mechanically inclined and physically fit for the demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CAT Vac equipment as per company guidelines

• Complete daily logs, work orders, and field assessments

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine care

• Attend daily safety meetings and toolbox talks

• Identify opportunities for safety and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract

• Experience with CAT Vac and wiggle wagons required

• Proficiency operating water, vacuum, or hydro units preferred

• Eligible to work at Syncrude Site

• OSSA certification required
