Acden Environment is seeking Forepersons for their Syncrude Base Mine location in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role is ideal for individuals with supervisory experience in waste management who are passionate about environmental responsibility and safety. The successful candidates will lead teams in the efficient collection, transportation, and disposal of waste, contributing to a cleaner and greener future. • Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in waste management, trucking, or hauling
• Valid Class One (1) or minimum Class Three (3) driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• High attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis
• Ability to meet site access requirements for all client locations
• Understanding of Alberta Environment and Protection Act
• Safety-first attitude

• Previous Acden work experience
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification
• Valid OSSA Oil Sands, CSTS-09, or OSSA BSO/CSO certification
