Rock Truck Operator

Become a Rock Truck Operator with Grizzly Trek Group Ltd. in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This full-time position features a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation, focusing on heavy equipment operation.

In this long-term role, you will operate heavy rock trucks to transport various materials across active haul roads in the Fort McMurray area. With a minimum of two years of articulated or rigid frame truck experience, you will ensure safe loading, dumping, and hauling practices while adhering to site protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate articulated or rigid frame rock trucks safely

• Load materials under supervision of excavator operators

• Monitor haul road conditions and report hazards

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintain communication per radio protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of rock truck operating experience

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and transportation

• CSTS-2020 or CSTS-09 certification

• Ability to work outdoors in varying Alberta weather

• Strong safety record and pre-access drug test
