Operator -Pressure Steam Truck

Position: Operator for High-Pressure Steam Truck
Birch Mountain Enterprises is looking for experienced Steam Truck Operators for temporary positions, with the chance of permanency. A Class 5 driver’s license with Air Brake endorsement is required for applicants.

The role involves working out of Fort Hills, focusing on safe operation of a steam truck for washing industrial equipment. Successful candidates must be mechanically sound and capable of working under all conditions while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate steam truck for washing heavy equipment

• Document daily activities including logbooks

• Follow operational instructions from supervisors

• Keep assigned steam truck in good condition

• Attend safety meetings and follow safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 with Q endorsement driver’s license

• Experience operating high-pressure steam trucks

• Clear communication skills requested

• Certifications in WHMIS, OSSA, and CSTS needed

• Pass fitness tests and screenings
