Birch Mountain Enterprises is seeking experienced Class 3 Operators for a temporary, approximately 6-month position at the Cenovus site near Fort McMurray. This role involves operating Combo Vac units and performing tank cleaning, with a 14/14 rotation and camp accommodations provided. The ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, physically fit, and have strong safety awareness, with a preference for those with industrial sector experience.

• Valid Class 3 driver’s license with clean abstract
• Minimum 3 years manual transmission experience (up to 18 speed manual)
• Previous Combo Vac operation experience
• Confined Space Entry ticket
• OSSA (or BSO/CSO) and CSTS certification
• TDG, WHMIS, H2S Alive, Daily Trip Inspections, Provincial Hours of Service for Alberta, Weights and Dimensions, Cargo Securement for flatbeds
• Physically able to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass BME driver’s evaluation, drug and alcohol, and fit for duty pre-employment screening

• Previous tank cleaning experience
• Mine drive experience
• Experience in the industrial sector
