Fleet Coordinator

Position: Fleet Coordinator at AlumaSafway
Drive operational excellence as a Fleet Coordinator with Aluma Safway in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Ensure fleet reliability and timely maintenance while managing vehicle logistics and reporting.

In this full-time role, you will report to the Operations Manager and leverage your experience to coordinate preventative maintenance, manage tow truck schedules, and maintain vehicle status logs. Your organizational skills will play a vital role in ensuring fleet compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preventative vehicle maintenance and schedules

• Maintain daily vehicle status log and service updates

• Schedule tow trucks as needed and oversee vehicle washes

• Create and manage Purchase Orders accurately

• Process invoices and maintain fleet management databases

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2-3 years of administrative experience needed

• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills essential

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
