MFM LP is hiring Shop Labourers for its Kearl Lake operation. This camp-based, Fly In/Fly Out role offers 12-hour working days in a compressed schedule ideal for hardworking individuals.

Join the Mikisew Group’s MFM LP to provide essential shop support at Kearl Lake. This role involves following work instructions effectively while adhering to safety and quality protocols. The role is integral to maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring that all duties contribute to a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks as per instructions from Shop Manager

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop

• Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts

• Load and transport merchandise as necessary

• Report any concerns about equipment to the Lead Hand

Requirements:

• Possess a Valid Class 5 Driver's License

• Hold Standard First Aid and CSO/CSTS 2020 certifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Meet pre-access drug screening criteria

• Follow verbal and written instructions
