Warehouse Material Handler Position

You will be responsible for verifying incoming materials, handling discrepancies, and managing outgoing shipments with a focus on safety and accuracy. Collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor is key to maintaining service levels, as is your commitment to cleanliness and safety in the workspace. Previous warehouse experience will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify material received against packing slips

• Pick and assemble orders for customer shipment

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment

• Note discrepancies and initiate freight claims

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• 1-2 years experience in a warehouse

• Excellent customer service skills

• High attention to detail for order accuracy

• Intermediate math skills for documentation
