Position: Warehouse Material Supply Assistant Role

In your capacity as a Material Supply Assistant, you’ll ensure efficient management of stock and orders while prioritizing safety in all activities. The position entails picking and packing parts orders, sorting incoming stock, and loading trucks for deliveries. Success in this role depends on excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer and branch parts orders with accuracy

• Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment

• Sort and bin incoming materials effectively

• Load and unload delivery trucks routinely

• Dispatch parts to shop and other Mine sites

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 education

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight

• Class 5 driver’s license with a successful abstract

• Forklift certification and warehousing experience preferred
