** What You'll Do
** As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will:
* Lead and support a team of warehouse employees to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding service.
* Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
* Coach, train, and mentor team members while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
* Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
* Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices and cycle counts.
* Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance tracking.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Promote and maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.###
** What You Bring
** We're looking for someone who combines operational expertise with strong leadership skills:
* 2–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
* Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience.
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
* Experience in a leadership role, preferably within a customer-facing environment.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
