In this role, you will take charge of health and safety protocols, empowering your team to maintain a hazard-free environment. Lead and mentor Package Handlers while overseeing workflow management to optimize sorting and processing of packages. Your responsibilities also include handling shipping logistics and ensuring warehouse organization, making you essential to our operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce health and safety compliance within the team

• Mentor and support Package Handlers during sorting

• Assist with sorting packages and envelopes as needed

• Unload trailers, verify freight, and process shipments

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in a warehouse environment

• Ability to conduct safety audits and enforce protocols

• Experience in operational workflow management
