Program Integrator (PI) 3 (SRN) TS/SCI with POLY

Location:

Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This senior‑level Program Integrator (PI) role at BCT LLC requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.

The Program Integrator supports program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership in monitoring and reporting on program, initiative, and portfolio health. The role involves holistic analysis across contracts and government activities, cross‑program analysis for Investment Portfolio actions, and preparation of acquisition and program documents.

• Assist program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership in monitoring and reporting on program/portfolio health.
• Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns.
• Conduct cross‑program analysis to support Investment Portfolio actions and produce execution reports.
• Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work, PMPs, Risk Management Plans, program schedules, and Technical CICA memorandums.
• Prepare presentations to report analysis findings and program/portfolio status.
• Analyze financial execution and projection reports; liaise with GCMs and GBFMs; develop program‑specific analysis and recommendations.
• Provide financial and summary reports on program elements to GPMs and assist with allocation and tracking of resources; recommend funding adjustments.
• Assist program managers in developing program documentation, creating schedules, tracking status, evaluating alternatives, performing risk assessment, and managing integrated product teams.
• Support GPMs to ensure execution within cost, schedule, and performance baselines using program management tools.
• Attend contract reviews to assist GPMs in cost estimating and monitoring program/initiative outcomes.
• Advise on the production and tailoring of financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation.
• Track and report program unfunded requirements in accordance with PEO policies.
• Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, and other materials for government decision‑making.
• Perform data analysis with MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, charts) to present data clearly.
• Create bi‑weekly reports on program execution, cost estimating, budget overview, concerns, contract run‑outs, staffing, and readiness schedules.
• Assist GPM and initiative leads with resource planning and tracking.
• Prepare and support delivery of presentations for program and initiative status reviews.

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, or financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree with a business or technical focus.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level III certification plus three (3) additional years of directly related experience (total 15 years).
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience (total 18 years).
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly‑badge required.

Salary range: $115,800 – $177,700.
