Position: Engineers w/fullpolys Need for PROPOSAL with Security Clearance
RTI is ramping up for a proposal effort. This effort is located in Maryland, and on customer site. This position also requires a Full poly, we maybe able to CCA. 100% on customer site. These Engineer opportunities, are at different levels:

Perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concept of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development; performing high-level system design; specifying system/component performance and interface requirements; and developing installation, integration, and acceptance test plans. Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to ensure they best facilitate strategic and tactical efforts. Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy the requirements.

Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for the solutions developed by the product teams. >
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, another level requires from an ABET program/college

Degree and 10 years of experience Additional experience as a Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineer can be beneficial. Relevant experience must be in engineering over their lifecycle (for example, conception, design & development, testing, production, distribution/deployment, operation, maintenance & support, decommissioning).
