Power3 Solutions is supporting a cybersecurity and physical security firm committed to protecting the infrastructure that underpins national security. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and integration of advanced cloud-based and machine learning systems. This role is responsible for translating complex user requirements into robust system architectures, guiding engineering teams throughout the full system lifecycle, and ensuring the technical integrity of solutions supporting mission‑critical environments.

In this role, you will:

• Lead cloud architecture and cloud engineering efforts, with a strong emphasis on AWS platforms.
• Design and implement AI/ML systems
  , including end-to-end lifecycle components:
  • Model development
  • Training and optimization
  • Inference deployment
  • Monitoring and maintenance
• Develop ML pipelines
  , model deployment workflows, and MLOps/Dev Ops integrations.
• Work with Amazon Sage Maker (experience with Safe Maker/Sage Maker is a strong plus).
• Support system security and networking, particularly within classified environments
  .
• Implement data engineering best practices and manage data lifecycle strategy for AI/ML workloads.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED plus 12 years of general systems engineering experience OR

• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering or related technical discipline plus 7 years of systems engineering experience OR

• Master’s degree in a qualified engineering or related technical discipline plus 5 years of systems engineering experience OR

• PhD in a qualified engineering or related technical discipline plus 3 years of systems engineering experience
