Senior Advisor Process Engineering, Computing

Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align enterprise-level processes.
• Facilitate project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives.
• Coordinate the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional knowledge transfer methods.
• Act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with poly clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required; four years of additional experience may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Fifteen (15) years' experience with process improvement on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. An additional four years (total 19 years) experience is required if the candidate does not hold a qualifying Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with in the past ten (10) years should include at least five (5) years in facilitation, training, methodology development, process engineering across all acquisition phases, change management, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000, depending on experience and other factors.
