Senior Financial Analyst (ACTIVE TS Clearance REQUIRED)

HQ DISA Ft. Meade, MD. Must be within driving distance of DISA HQ (Twice a week at the office)

en Genius Consulting Group Inc is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide assistance within the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This support includes, but is not limited to:

• Expert for Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.
• Analyze, summarize, and identify trends and issues relating to budget execution, including development of Spend Plans and tracking of expenditures.
• Review and prepare funding packages for appropriated funds (O&M, Procurement and RDT&E) using IE Financial Tracking System and DAI.
• Evaluate funding guidance and resource levels for adequacy in supporting program mission and objectives.
• Review and assess impact of changes in both functional and financial regulations, policies, and guidance.
• Consult management on budget strategies and techniques and use of financial management products.

• Bachelor’s Degree in financial field
• Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance required.
• Defense Working Capital Funds experience
• Minimum 8 years of financial management experience
• Minimum 4 years of DoD financial management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work on site in a SCIF 5 days a week

• Working knowledge of DOD PPBE processes, with emphasis on execution functions and funding packages for Appropriated Funds.
• Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) experience desired.

• Minimum 4 years related budget experience in DoD (related experience in other organizations will be considered).

• Active DoD Top Secret-SCI
