Job Description

The Clinical Psychologist shall provide provide psychological services in support of Applicant Evaluations for the purpose of personnel selection for suitability for employment with the National Security Agency (NSA).

Applicant Requirements

• Three (3) year post-Doctoral experience in clinical assessment;
• Possess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level clearance
• A Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an institution accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA);
• Successful completion of an internship accredited by the APA;
• A current, unrestricted license to practice Psychology in a United States jurisdiction with no pending adverse actions ( e.g., suspensions, letters of counseling, restrictions to practice only with supervision, revocations) before any licensing board or hospital credentials committee.
• Three (3) years' experience in each of the following:
• Screening individuals for high-risk or public satety occupations;
• Conducting evaluations of a forensic nature (either criminal or civil);
• Providing consultation on psychological related matters;
• Conducting clinical interviews/assessments;
• Determining diagnosis based on criteria outlined in latest version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM);
• Administering tests (e.g. cognitive) that are unavailable in computerized or self-report format.

Additional Information

Salary: W2 or 1099
-Compensation is $250k+ for full time but you have the option to choose your number of hours
