Collection Manager; CM Security Clearance

Position: Collection Manager (CM) with Security Clearance
Identify appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems. Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate collection tasking for the customer's Collection programs Collaborate internally and with external agencies to acquire, maintain and maximize access to global communications. Ensure that products conform to customer reporting policy guidance and style standards.

Level 1:

Education:

A degree in any field is acceptable Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Level 2:

Education:

A degree in any field is acceptable Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience. Level 3:

Education:

A degree in any field is acceptable Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience. Level 4:

Education:

A degree in any field is acceptable Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience
