TS/SCI clearance Lifestyle Poly We are seeking a highly skilled and security-cleared Software Developer to support mission-critical systems at the National Security Agency (NSA). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and solid experience with Microsoft Azure, with a strong background in developing, deploying, and maintaining secure, scalable applications in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services such as Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Identity Cloud Service.

• Support hybrid cloud solutions integrating Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure platforms.

• Develop secure APIs, microservices, and serverless functions using modern frameworks and Dev Ops pipelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement secure, scalable software.

• Ensure compliance with NSA security standards and participate in regular code reviews and security audits.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud-based environments.

• Document system architecture, configurations, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Lifestyle Polygraph (mandatory).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud technologies.

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud services:
Autonomous Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Compute, Oracle Cloud Networking, and Oracle Cloud Security.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Dev Ops, and Azure Active Directory.

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or PL/SQL.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, secure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification.

• Microsoft Azure certification (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400).

• Experience working in a government or intelligence community environment.

• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and secure software development practices.
