We are seeking an experienced Linux Networking Systems Administrator to join our team supporting mission‑critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux systems engineering, security compliance, and network configuration. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in secure, enterprise‑level environments.

• Install, update, and upgrade Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Configure and maintain Linux disk file systems and network connections.
• Analyze and implement Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) requirements.
• Implement Windows Active Directory user authentication in Linux environments.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and respond to incidents in real time.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity.
• Manage IAVA processes, system security scans, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system status reports.
• Collaborate with other administrators and support teams to maintain system reliability and performance.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience supporting Linux‑based systems in an enterprise or mission environment.
• Strong experience with:
  • Linux OS installation, upgrades, and maintenance
  • File system and disk management utilities
  • STIG implementation and compliance
  • Network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Active Directory integration for Linux systems
  • User/group permission management and system security
