Policy Systems Engineer TS/SCI with POLY

BCT LLC is seeking a Policy and Dissemination Support Systems Engineer to join our team. Active TS/SCI with POLY and experience with Policy and/or a SIGINT background required. The role supports a cryptologic dissemination customer by modernizing the process for auto-dissemination proposal adjudication, understanding data flows, transformations, checks, and manipulations to assist dissemination adjudicators in verifying controls, interfaces, and compliance.

• Compile and review dissemination obligations stemming from law, policy opinions, and prior adjudications.
• Help the client define efficient requestor processes for determining prohibited, allowed, or adjudicatory proposals.
• Create artifacts to assist requestors and adjudicators in understanding and performing their duties within the defined process.

• Familiarity with U.S. or international privacy and civil liberties law and policy.
• Legal training or expertise, either as a lawyer or in the legal profession.
• Familiarity with the Cryptologic Dissemination Review Committee (CDRC).
• Operational SIGINT experience (e.g., CNO, NCSC, Analytics).
• Experience as a SIGINT analyst, reporter, or auditor.
• Jira familiarity.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to complete tasks on schedule.
• Adaptable within a dynamic work environment.
• Communicates effectively with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

• High School Diploma or GED + 24 years of general system engineering experience, OR

• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering field + 20 years of systems engineering experience, OR

• Master’s or PhD in a qualified engineering field + 18 years of systems engineering experience.

$162,600 - $249,400

The above salary range represents a general guideline; BCT LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as scope, responsibilities, candidate's experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
